Booked several holidays with the branch in the Crossgates Arndale Centre. The staff will always go the extra mile to assist with everything you need.

This is the first time I’d been in a travel agent for a long time, usually booking myself, didn’t realise what I was missing out on, Holly the young girl who served us was lovely as well as being professional, she took her time to listen to what we wanted and secured us a great deal to Cyprus. I’ll definitely be returning. 😊

Charlotte at the Crossgates Leeds branch was professional friendly and very helpful. Charlotte covered everything we needed and rang me within an hour of leaving (had to wait until exactly 4weeks to the minute to check in😂) to tell us we were all checked in.Yes I could have booked this online myself however we have used Hays for many years, they were fantastic when we had to cancel in 2020 due to Covid and there personal service is invaluable Thanks again Charlotte
