Nice friendly atmosphere.
We spoke to Joe who was so professional, helpful and spent a lot of time making sure our holiday choice would be suitable. Joe was honest too was n't trying to sell us any holiday. We told him our requirements and he was very thorough. Joe obviously enjoys helping people. Instantly knew he was a good person. Joe is a credit to the company. We booked last year with Hays and will most probably will do in the future. Hayes has a genuine vibe about it as a company.

Our agent, Michelle, had patience with our open holiday brief and persevered till we had an itinerary that worked for us. It took three separate visits to see her, several phone calls with other travel partners and several options for us to choose the right one. Thanks Michelle!
