Claire sourced and organised our holiday perfectly.
Claire was very welcoming, worked out quickly what we wanted, discussed alternatives, contacted the provider and confirmed all that we wanted in a very speedy manner. We'd booked our complicated travel holiday inside 40 mins. Perfect.

We have used Hays Travel in Lancaster several times now, and have always received excellent service. The staff are friendly and went above and beyond to find exactly what we wanted within a tight budget last time.

Cyprus wedding July 202
I was looking for a place in Cyprus as we had been invited to a wedding in July. I knew where the other guests were staying so I thought I’d try and get in the same hotel. I told the gentleman what I wanted and within minutes he said that he had managed to get us into the hotel we required. He was very helpful and very friendly.

The room category is described as a Double or Twin, and this was clearly noted and understood at the time of booking. While we are unable to guarantee a twin setup in advance, Lucy has already contacted the hotel to request this arrangement on your behalf.
