Great service from Lauren in Killingworth, who I’ve booked with before. Gave us lots of options and advice and got us a good deal. She even went the extra mile as I mentioned something for next year and she emailed me some information after.

The young girl that helped us was really nice ,she took the time to find out things about our holiday so we weren't paying extra ,
She was very chatty and put us both at ease ,
Wonderful experience in the shop with her serving us ,even wanted to nip off and make us a cuppa ,but we declined the offer ,

Trip to Salou.
We called into Hays Travel at Killingworth yesterday 1st Aug 26. We didn’t really know where we wanted to go but was between France, Greece and Spain. We were helped by a lovely young lady called Aaliyah. She took all our requests down including budget and managed to get us a fantastic deal for a week in Spain. Big thanks to Hays Travel and a massive thank you to Aaliyah for her patience and help in sorting our holiday out.
