All the staff greet everyone with a warm welcome and an instinctive ability to put us at ease. They talk through everything they are doing, including the customer in their search, asking questions and advising. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they all have an abundance of patience. The staff in the Johnstone branch of Hays Travel are just like a family, each one helping and encouraging each other, it makes for a very pleasant experience for the customer.I always feel that booking my holiday here is part of the whole holiday experience because of the way the staff are so enthusiastic, and making me feel that they really want me to have the best holiday.

Popped into the Johnstone Branch of Hays Travel and was attended to by the manager Yvonne who knew exactly what we were looking for regarding our next holiday to Turkey.
