This is the first time I've used Joanne. She did not disappoint, outstanding throughout! From the start she gave me complete confidence that she was invested in building us a holiday to remember in Disneyland Paris. The aftersale support for me as a complete novice navigating the planning has been amazing. I will definitely use Joanne again and will be recommending her to my family & friends!

Jo has been brilliant - making the whole booking experience as easy as possible. Jo was very prompt with relaying info and researching the best deals for us. She dealt with all our requests and requirements very smoothly.
