Great service and value for money
It is always a pleasure to see Sophie and she always deals with our enquiries swiftly and obtains the best prices for us. Whether it's our go to Greek destination, a cruise or latterly a long haul trip to NZ, Sophie and her team always strive to make our travel experiences stress free with great value for money, as they will always try to price match any other quote.

To be honest
To be honest, I was disappointed in my visit to Hays Travel.
They took a £400 deposit which was acceptable.
But it came out of my bank twice.
I'm still waiting for them to reimburse me for £400.

From the moment we walked in to your shop Reece was friendly, professional and helpful. We had found the holiday we wanted through Tui, but it was a lot cheaper. After seeing evidence Reece worked to match the quote.
We felt looked after and not rushed. We have never used Hays before but will certainly be regular customers now.
