All the staff was very helpful
All the staff was very helpful, The lady that dealt with me & my partner was Lily nothing was too much trouble, went though a lot af options ,booked our holiday last year with this company, didn't feel rushed & felt relaxed 😊

We feel Vanessa goes beyond 5*, she goes out of her way to help with professional advice nothing is to much trouble. She will always try to get us the best options. We would highly recommend her to all our friends and family.

Patient and understanding of SEN needs.

Holiday from hell
Had to pay 120 Euros to change our room as we where in a basement with no lift only stairs when making the booking we advised we wanted a balcony +lift first and last time booking with Hays Travel.
