Booking a cruise & summer break in Hays travel
We popped into Hays travel in Hythe (Hampshire) to book a short cruise & Robin was so helpful & patient we booked a week's holiday in Ibiza as well. She also arranged car parking at Bournemouth airport, we find it so much easier & pleasant to chat about options with someone who can navigate several websites at once.

We went into the shop with 3 hotels in…
We went into the shop with 3 hotels in mind. About 30 minutes later we were walking out with a booked and paid for holiday. Absolutely, hassle free 🙂

Excellent service every time! All the staff are friendly and welcoming, but we always book with Vicky because she knows exactly what we like and makes the whole process quick and easy. She was able to match the price we found online too, which was a great bonus. We wouldn't book anywhere else—highly recommend Hays Travel Hythe!

The travel consultant called Mia…
The travel consultant called Mia Freeman was amazing so helpful . She sorted everything for us and got us exactly what we wanted!! Nothing was to much trouble and such a kind , caring person . She made the booking process so easy . This was outstanding service from this lady and will be recommending hays travel and Mia to everyone I know who wants to book a holiday
