The travel consultant, lizzie, was so nice and understanding of our needs, nothing was too much for her, so friendly and very knowledgeable. Would reccomend hays travel to anyone.

It was a little confusing , I had 3 or 4 different members of staff contact me regarding the same thing and once booked received another call from them and they didn't know I had booked and I'm still not 100% sure if it is ...

Extremely disappointed with the service…
Extremely disappointed with the service been given, incorrect booking then trying to charge me extra to correct the mistake they made. I would definitely not recommend Hays Travel. I have taken this issue further to ABTA and awaiting response.
Response to Hays comment - i was assured it was single beds pushed together to make a double. You haven't been helpful in any way only wanting more money, Discusting.

We understand how important arrangements like this are, especially for a group booking. We can confirm that all documentation was issued correctly in line with the details selected at the time of booking. Room types were confirmed as part of this process, and no alternative request was raised with us prior to travel.
We’re sorry that this has led to frustration and that you feel let down by the outcome. We also note that you have chosen to take this matter further. As the case is now being handled externally, we are unable to comment in detail at this stage, but we will of course cooperate fully with the process.

Excellent service and attention to detail as usual.
We popped into the Paragon St branch to inquire about the possibilities around a family group holiday. I don't think there were any aspects that your advisor (Neve) did not cover. We left armed with all the info we required and were able to confirm and book a holiday a day or so later.

Well informed and polite
The young woman adviser Emilie saw me immediately; was very well informed and organised my travel in a matter of minutes. She seemed to know about my destination (Portugal) and was able to advise about the best flights.
