The service i received was excellent. The agent spent time with me going through everything in detail. She put together a great holiday for us. We will be booking all future holidays with Hays.

The staff are always so helpful and really go that bit extra to make sure you are satisfied. Annalisa worked through her lunch to help us find the right hotel. Excellent service right from stepping into the Houghton office. Everything was explained to us clearly and every detail covered even down to checking the passport dates we had thankfully this was done and saved us a lot of stress.
