They were very helpful from booking the holiday to the care and help we received after the holiday Cruise. Would not go anywhere else than Hays in Houghton Le Spring. Excellent Service

Went into the Houghton le Spring branch and we were greeted by the ever smiley Katie. We had in mind a holiday that we wanted to book but Katie helped us with the finer details. Nothing is ever too much for Katie who is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We also had a query about an existing booking which Katie is looking into for us.

Staff very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Nice atmosphere in the office. Special shout out for Libby who processed our booking.

Service was quick and to the point no additional selling of products not required. Everything done and dusted in 30 mins.

She had so much knowledge of different places and was able to find us the perfect holiday. She was friendly and professional. She checked various different options to get us the best price. Annalisa was terrific, I came in multiple times with varying queries and last minute changes. She found me a great deal and kept me upto date via emails and telephone calls throughout.
