We were struggling to decide where to…
We were struggling to decide where to go and found it quite stressful looking at options online. We went to Hays and were assisted by Izzy who couldn’t have been more helpful or knowledgeable when helping us decide where to go. Izzy made the whole process easy for us and we came away very excited for our holiday, would highly recommend Izzy and the Hays team to anyone wanting to book their next break

Very Helpful
Helpful, friendly team that found us a holiday we wanted. Spent time with us to search all the alternatives etc.

Holiday late next year? No problem book now!
Despite only looking to book a holiday in November 2026, the staff at the Hinckley Office were polite and helpful.
We were cared for (no other wording fits) by Kacey who despite her badge saying Apprentice worked through our requirements thoughtfully and carefully, should explain I am a wheelchair user with my wife as my carer, Kacey made sure of all my needs and communicated them through with the airline's assisted travel section.
We were expecting to be told "come back in the New Year", but our booking was handled very smoothly.
Well done Hays Travel.
Well done the Hinckley Office Team.
