Very helpful
Very helpful, Kate sorted everything out for me. Staff are professional, very friendly with a personal touch. Nothing is too much for them and get the booking dealt with straight away . Would highly recommend booking through Hays travel, also great choice of holidays.

Excellent customer service, again.
Kate listened to what we wanted ( the cruise in the brochure wasn’t available), sourced another cruise, at a good price, and made several phone calls to make it happen.
We also had a query on our celebrity cruise points and she managed to sort that for us as well. Thank you Kate.
