Short trip to Rome …
I went to Hayes to book a short holiday in Rome with my daughter. The transaction was carried out with precision, competence, understanding and professionalism. Excellent service quick to respond for pricing of our holiday we have used Hays Travel for many years and hope to keep using them. Fleur from Hempstead Valley branch was very helpful.
As a result we have booked another holiday with them.

Great service, patient and arranged seating with the airline when room on the plane did not appear possible, noting we had 2 children who couldn't sit by the exit doors. Was able to save money in comparison to the on-line direct option.
