Katy, the lady that delt with my booking was amazing. She answered all my questions & there was a lot. The booking went straight forward, no trouble. I did have a slight problem after but they delt with that. The other staff were also very helpful. Brilliant service.

My Wife Irene went into the Hastings branch to see speak to Sue, who had previously advised us on our holidays, very pleasant and knowledgeable, the proposed cruise, she offered tips on the ports, etc. The other staff members were pleasant and offered a coffee. We booked the cruise thanks again.
