Faye the adviser was specifically helpful. When in communication with the cruise company who only offered Manchester or Newcastle Faye pushed and we’ve ended up with nearer,cheaper and better timed flights from Teesside. Very happy with the service.

Friendly welcome. Professional service and good explanation of the holiday we were interested in. Booking process was thorough and we left knowing we knew everything we needed. Overall a great agent and we will keep using Hays travel again and again.
