I went into the store to enquire about…

I went into the store to enquire about booking a cruise.. this would be our first cruising experience.. The staff made the process really easy and answered all our queries.. They were all really friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble.,thank you to Sarah, Courtney and Ellie… 🤩

First time cruising.

My daughter and I wanted to book a cruise holiday. We had no idea where to start. The young lady we saw took all our details and preferences and guided us through the choices we had. She was very good and sorted the booking out giving us all the information we needed. If we needed anymore information we just had to get in touch with her. I was very happy with the service and would definitely use Hays Travel again.

Really efficient & exceptional booking…

Really efficient & exceptional booking service by Courtney.
Listened to exactly what we wanted, communicated throughout and sent all documentation through as promised.
Excellent knowledge and experience provided, really comfortable in knowing that our holiday booking has been done for us, no stress and 100% confident that the holiday will meet or exceed expectations.

The staff and service has always been first rate. No matter when I call or who I see I am assured a relaxed pleasurable time talking through my desires and options which always results in me walking away very satisfied.
