Nothing was a bother for Alison(Greenock branch), she helped us decide on the best destination for our family's first holiday and looked for the best deal for our budget. She answered all our queries and helped put us at ease with some travel worries we had.

Once in a lifetime holiday
Popped into Hays Travel on Thursday afternoon and went back in Friday afternoon as I said i would, the staff were brilliant, very helpful and knowledgeable in their job, any questions we had it was answered, only thing that I could say was, within the previous day then Friday afternoon the price had gone up over £200.00 pp, which put a strain on our budget, my son has Cerebral Palsy with additional support needs, so there's no way I could say no to the holiday as he was sitting with me, if it had been the same price as shown on Thursday would've been happier, but was to it was a live system the prices keep changing
