Happy customer
As soon as you enter the shop your greeted with a smile, and they ask how can they help. I wasn't sure what location I wanted but the assistant went through my options and because I was on a budget she made sure they could meet my expectations. I ended up booking a holiday to majorca within my cost the hotel looks fabulous and they went through all the stats about the hotel and flights. Couldn't be anymore happier, thank you hays keep up the great work

The advisor was Megan. She was fast, efficient and very warm and friendly. She understood exactly what I wanted and made the whole experience stress free. It's the first time I have used Hayes Travel and I'll definitely be booking with this company again.

The lady who dealt with me Kelly was brilliant nothing was too much for her she looked at flights n hotels for 3 nyts stay although our holiday is for 17 days in Hawaii were staying with friends for rest of time but she explained if we stayed in hotel 1st then we would be able to pay by dd rather than full cost of flights which made our holiday possible
