Went to the Scunthorpe branch and got…
My parents went to the Scunthorpe branch and got spoke to by the manger who works at gainsbrough branch (Ashley) she helped me with discusing the place I wanted to visit and gave me some brochures she said she would help get a better deal and ring me back in a couple of days never heared anything back tried ringing and left and email no response what so ever . Then I rang again and got spoken to by a man I complained about the way she has left things and he even said no comment about her too!

Sorry you feel you have to write this and we do apologize that you feel you had no response. There was an email sent out to yourself on Tuesday with an updated quote for your holiday. Ashley had been passed a message from a gent at Scunthorpe and left a voicemail to contact her.
We are so sorry for any mix up that may have happened but please contact us at Gainsborough on 01427333025 or pop into the Scunthorpe branch as everything that ws spoke about is recorded on their system.
Please don't hesitate to get in touch with either branch who will be more than happy to help your parents.
