Wonderful service.
Jessica was really helpful and friendly. She patiently went through all the processes to book my flights and, the next day, to book seats on them. Unfailingly polite, she was unflappable.

help from Storm was very important
The help from Storm was very important. We were away on a river cruise when we saw the offer for a sea cruise at Christmas. We rang him and he was able to contact the Cruise Line and book it for us - late on a Saturday afternoon . We were able to pay and seal the time limited offer very quickly.
