Recently booked a holiday to Amsterdam with Lauren. As it was so last minute, the hotel I thought I’d stay at was fully booked, but she helped me to find a hotel with similar offerings, in a similar location, and at a similar price, completely eliminating the stress and hassle of trying to find something myself! We’ve been booking our holidays with Hays Travel in Exmouth for many years now, and we honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Katie has looked after us time and time again, arranging numerous holidays over the years, and every single one has been absolutely perfect.

What really stands out is the personal service. Even if we haven’t been into the branch for quite some time, Katie still remembers us by name — which truly shows how much she cares about her customers. That level of attention and genuine warmth is rare these days and makes such a difference.

Really disappointed with the experience I had today, paid deposit rang back 3 hours later to cancel was told I would loose my £80 deposit. Only cancelled as found out I would save £150 if I went direct.
