Megan was really helpful when we went…
Megan was really helpful when we went into the Ely branch to enquire about cruise details we had been sent via an email. She phoned through to the cruise company and was so apologetic for the long wait, we left her after an hour with no reply and she phoned us at home as soon as she was able to get through.

As always the staff are very friendly polite and are very knowledgeable. They always are so helpful and know what we need and so can find us exactly what we want. We went into the Ely branch to enquire about a holiday to Salou. Flying into Reus airport. As we couldn't find one online. Megan was marvellous and found the exact holiday we wanted. So we booked it there and then. Can't fault the service we get in this branch of Hays Travel.

Another efficient service
We have used Hays Ely on several previous occasions to this and have always found their service to be personal and efficient. On this occasion I dealt with Sharon and Megan who dealt with the booking in a friendly and professional manner. Several changes had to be made to ''Plan A'' but these wereseamlessly dealt with.
