Tania had V Good communication skills , friendliness, patience and knowledge .
But I must add that the chairs the client uses to sit during booking are v v uncomfortable! Booking is always time consuming and chairs are important!

Tina was amazing. She was knowledgeable, understanding and patient. She took the stress out of booking. The cost was slightly more than if we had booked independently but booking with Tina at Hays has given us full protection and someone to help us if things don’t go according to plan. We would 100% go to Hays again. Thank you Tina.

We had two meetings with Tina at Eastbourne. My original enquiry about our trip was with Debbie, but she wasn’t in. Tina was so thorough and explained every detail. We were so impressed. She did most of the booking that day, but we hadn’t brought our passports along so came back the next day to finalise details and I wanted to change the Hotel booking in New York. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We can’t praise her enough for her help which to us was quite a complicated booking. Well done Tina, you’re a star! Sue & John Johnston. Helpful staff trying to provide a good competitive price, and whilst still making money for the company. The service makes us always refer back to Hays after we make a location decision even if the price only matches the online price.

All the staff here are excellent! We have booked a last minute holiday after 3 months of changing destination,, dates and type of accommodation! Throughout Lola has been quick to respond to all our queries and very patient with our dillydallying.
Declan completed our booking quickly and efficiently answering all our last minute concerns.

Emily was very efficient and found a nice hotel in our preferred location. All the paperwork was given to us and we were informed that our holiday voucher was ready to pick up. We have booked through Hayes’s for several years now at Eastbourne and always satisfied.

I had seen a deal online and emailed details across asking for a quote from Hays.
In the end, all six of us going on the cruise went into the branch to ask questions and book. Declan was very patient and helpful and we got the holiday we wanted at a good price.
