Hi my friend and I where at Hays travel East Kilbride yesterday 2.3.2026. To look for our holiday Lorna attended to us 😀 we got booked for matagorda no problem and Lorna was very helpful with us . 5 star treatment 👍

Great service at Hays East Kilbride
Fabulous service from Lorna. She is friendly and professional at all times. She gives us accurate advice and guidance and great at explaining things to us. Booked a cruise with P&O during our visit. We always book with Hays in East Kilbride and always get excellent and friendly service in this branch. Well done Lorna

Good customer service
Went in to book holiday & the rep was very good took there time to go through all the accommodations available and looked up the reviews which help us choose the accommodation that we wanted and showed us were about the accommodation was from the main shopping centre

Once again we cannot praise the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff at East Kilbride highly enough.
We called in to discuss both a November holiday and a 2028 cruise.
Elise listened to our requirements and booked exactly what we wanted for our holiday.
We also discussed a potential cruise and she provided us with what we wanted to know and by the end of the day had emailed us the full cruise itinerary in order to see if it was suitable.
First class service.
