When into Hays Dunoon. Last minute as usual for me. Joan helped me out quite quickly with what I wanted. She explained a good bit about the holiday to me which helped me make the quick decision. Have booked with Hays many times and once again first class service. Fiona was very friendly and efficient. I know she will look after us well on the run up to our cruise.

Unfortunately I have had to cancel the holiday that had been booked due to being unable to travel on the original date and being unable to find another holiday that was suitable. However your staff went to great lengths to find something unsuccess fully. Scott in your Dunoon branch went the extra mile and I would certainly advise anyone to use your branch when looking for a holiday.
