Very helpful staff , went through all of the options available for our holiday. Helped us to choose the right hotel for our stay, and booked our hotel and parking for the airport as it's an early flight.

The staff at Hays, are always really nice , helpful and professional. They take the time to listen to your requirements and give great ideas and information.

I hadnt been abroad in years so when i went in to make a few enquiries about flying out to Asia, Sharon spoke to me in a manner i could take all the information in what she told me really opened my eyes bearing in mind it has been a lot of years since i was on holiday, I found that Sharon could not do enough for me she really was so helpful , I would recommend Hays Travel highly .

Booked my first trip as a solo traveller and it was also my first cruise. Diane was very helpful and answered all my questions before I could even ask them. I ended up booking the exact trip I had looked at online but for less money and with more security and peace of mind.
