I booked a holiday through Hays Travel, in Cupar Fife and the service was excellent. All the ladies there were really lovely and helpful.
A special mention to Susan, who helped us with our booking. She was extremely informative and made the whole process easy and stress-free.

The staff were very approachable, IT system rubbish
The staff were very approachable and freindly. Tea and coffee was offered.
The computer system however did not appear fit for purpose. It kept blocking the agent from moving past certain screens or timimg out. Advice was sought on the telephone but did not seem to help. Finally we thought the booking was made, and deposit paid but the system timed out. Further phone call showed that the booking had not to have been made, but deposit taken! Finally the booking was made over the phone with the providor.
This took almost 1.5hrs to book the holiday!
