Highly recommend booking your holiday with Hays. I've never had a bad experience. The staff go above and beyond to ensure you get the best price for your holiday. Big shout out to Amanda, she was fab sorting out our trip to Greece yesterday. She was full of knowledge about the resort making the booking very quick and easy.

Staff member was very helpful and didn’t rush me to make my choice of booking. She showed me lots of reviews for the hotel I finally chose and made the process very easy

Friendly and efficient service

Nearly everything was explained to you but if questions were not asked you weren’t told about it and why do they put times on on the car parking days

The experience was great all the staff accommodated to my needs and wishes and were very helpful, I am booking from London and the staff (Juan) was helpful in giving me ideas on different and affordable ways to get down the Heathrow, overall experience was great will definitely book with Hays again.

I dealt with Amanda, both online and over the telephone. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and had no problem sneering any questions I had, she also priced up a separate booking for me at the same time. Booked straight away! I always recommend hays travel, I feel you can’t get better value anywhere else. She informed me of the discounts we could get and told me exactly what to expect when it came to paying for the holiday.

The staff in the Consett branch are always so helpful and have a smile on their face when you walk through the door. Mia helped us book a holiday in a resort that had been recommended to us by a friend. She helped us make an informed decision about our hotel choice and additional information about the resort. Great customer service as always which is why we always go back.
