Went in for euros got the worst rate ever and got charged £3.95 buy back guarantee even though I didn't ask for it or wasn't told about it either ,better off going to Althams

We went into Hayes travel on the off chance to book a last minute trip to Majorca.
The woman was helpful but misunderstood our mean of a beach location as we wanted to be on the beach front rather than Alma Beach.
When we arrived jet 2 holidays were pretty helpful but for the price we thought it was too expensive. A good trip though. Thanks

Good customer service

Came into store and spoke with the lovely Carrie. She recommended me a few places for winter sun and found an amazing resort perfect for my little girl. Amazing deal, Carrie couldn’t do enough for us! Will definitely visit for all holiday bookings! Thank you!

It was quick and easy. The price was a bit higher than others but you are a company that l know and l feel assured the insurance is a good one
