We were looking for a cruise to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Sarah in the Chippenham branch was really supportive in helping us get the cruise that we wanted. We were amazed at how she managed to have two separate phone conversations at the same time in booking the holiday for us, ensuring that we got what we required.

Staff are very helpful and have a sense of humour which adds to the experience. They all have excellent knowledge of travel and I always book through them.

We felt Sarah (P) who dealt with us initially was very good and helpful and found out a lot of info for us which then gave us the chance to review what we wanted to do. After going back in to book our holiday there was a slight 'hiccup' with being able to choose our flight seating but once Sarah was back on the case all went smoothly so THANK YOU.
