Very good experience with booking our holiday

Very helpful member of staff who discussed all our holiday needs putting forward ideas answering our questions. Also liked that other members of staff offered their thoughts on various topics.

All the ladies in the Chelmsford branch are so helpful and friendly. Jo in particular where she goes out of her way to find us a great deal on a holiday. Nothing is too much trouble and always has a lovely smile. Always receive a wonderful service and leave happy.
