Had a very good experience. Stopped off at the Carrickfergus branch, and Shannon was very helpful from start to finish with booking the holiday to explaining what we needed to know. This is our first time with Hays Travel and would definitely recommend booking with them again!

I booked a bucket list holiday to cruise alaska and rocky mountaineer for my birthday in may this year.They informed the powers that be. I was able to call into my local store, provide the details of the holiday we were seeking to book and then be emailed with the results.
I was then able to phone the store and make the booking over the phone. Staff within the Carrickfergus branch are always pleasant, friendly, helpful and professional.
