Excellent service, as usual, on this visit we dealt with Andrew, a very pleasant young man, a credit to the company.
He dealt with our enquiries professionally and was careful to explain the information he had found.
Consequently we went ahead and booked another holiday.

Excellent service, really friendly and helpful. Rhonda took the time to find out what we were after and then guided us to a location and hotel which filled them. A colleague (Tracy) was very helpful in providing first hand knowledge of the area concerned which enriched the whole process.

We were made very welcome by lovely staff. Pam was very knowledgeable. She listened to all our preferences and recommended lots of places for us to consider. We booked a week in Halkidiki and are looking forward to it.

The gentleman that dealt with us was Andrew he helped us choose a holiday. He was so patient with our choices with us have 2 kiddies. Even some of the other staff helped both him and us. Even when I had problems with the app. They said to come in and they would help

From the moment we went through the door we felt so welcome. Pam listened to what we wanted and went and looked at the holidays that met our criteria as we explained with have both of our children who are autistic. Pam found us the perfect holiday with flights that suited us and everyone was happy including the children which was the important thing. When booking the flight seats we needed to have atleaat 1 adult with the children pam went above and beyond and phoned the airline to explain this and she prebooked the seating at no extra cost to us saving £108 and aswell as informing the airline that because of the children we would like to go 1st on the plane to avoid the congestion.
We were definitely a happy family coming out of hays travel.

Book our holidays here every time we go away especially abroad, this time its our first cruise, exellent friendly service dont feel rushed. They give a lot of time to explain things find the right date and time and price for you and alternatives if necessary if all else fails. Every time weve used them weve had a smooth and easy travel and relaxed stress free holiday will always use hays as we found them to be very reliable with information and trusting in giving us that easy flow holiday also easy to get hold of and talk to a real person if there ever is an issue and always will help as much as they can to solve things.

Very helpful both on the phone and in the store. Follow up call a day later, no pressure, to see how I was getting on and this gave me an opportunity to as more questions. Eventually opted for a 5 star all inclusive at twice the price, when initially looking for a budget self catering 😂. Hays offered a voucher to cover plane seat booking which took the edge off and also honoured the price from the day before, despite it having gone up overnight. Very pleased, would recommend Hays and especially shop at Cannon Park, Coventry.

booking with hays travel especially Andrew was a great service from start to finish. we gave details regarding our holiday prefences and Andrew took the time to listen to our needs and wants. Andrew did not make us feel pressured to book. He was polite, funny and understanding. Pam was also really helpful as she knew the destination well from her own experiences.
