Worth considering in the future for my age group…
first time in many years that I've used a travel agent to book a holiday - very impressed and much more relaxing than trying to manage all the flights and hotel by myself at home. As I would do, the hotels reviews were checked, cost of add-ons like breakfast was calculated and so worked well for me.

Excellent and seamless all round booking experience. The staff went above and beyond to help us with ravel arrangements and to find hotel accommodation in a central location. They were sympathetic to our needs, patient and understanding. Highly recommended.

Very professional, friendly and helpful
We booked a cruise through Hays Cameron Toll and were very happy with our experience. We haven't used a travel agent for years but felt it was very useful and helpful to do so. Joni was very professional, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Hays and we will definitely book a holiday again with them in the future.
