Gaynor was so lovely
Gaynor was so lovely, I've never booked a long haul holiday before and she was amazing booking flights and a car hire for us! I am so grateful I didn't have to do it all myself. We also came around lunchtime and was there for nearly 2 hours and she didn't complain although I felt bad she had a delayed lunch break!

Assistance was amazing
Olivia was amazing, really friendly and immediately gave updates on the holiday. The assistance I received was great. I was worried about being a 2 year old in for a long process off booking the holiday, but the staff were lovely and cheering him on when he was running and there is a nice colouring table to keep things calm.
