Gaynor from the Bury, Rock Branch was unbelievably helpful. She looked tirelessly to get us a fantastic holiday within budget and to set dates. She ensured the reviews were accurate before going ahead and sorted everything for us effortlessly. She was very knowledgeable about resorts and really helpful.

Very helpful, efficient and friendly
It is always a pleasant environment in the Bury branch. I get very stressed booking my one annual holiday and the lady was so patient with me, especially when the holiday I had chosen was no longer available! She made it so smooth and calm and processed it efficiently. As a lady of a certain age I like the fact they print off your documents so you have a paper copy and nearer the time will check me in. Cannot thank her enough. You also get a better rate for your currency if booked with them.
