From start to finish the service was friendly, through and with a brilliant atmosphere so thank you for making our experience memorable. The team was very helpful, informative and friendly so we'd definitely recommend Hays Travel in Burnley to friends and family. Rachel who booked our holiday was very good at her job with being friendly and through and we'll definitely be booking our future holiday with you again.

Big birthday getaway 🥳
Wanted to book a trip to celebrate our daughter's upcoming 30th birthday, had an idea of what I wanted but felt completely overwhelmed when tried to do it myself.
Spoke with Leah in-store and she set to work on our wish list, within just over an hour we had booked, paid deposit had a coffee and on our way. EASY!
Would highly recommend Hays, our first time of using them, but won't be the last.
Thank you so much for taking the stress out of booking a holiday.

Just booked our summer holiday to Italy with Amii at Hays Travel in Burnley and received an absolutely fantastic service. Amii was amazing, made us feel at ease, helped us find the perfect holiday and simply couldn't do anymore for us .If anyone is planning to book a holiday through a travel agency then I couldn't recommend Hays travel in Burnley highly enough, especially Amii, she will go above and beyond to help you find the perfect holiday.
