Great service from Ellena at Hays travel broughty ferry. Friendly interested and took her time in organising our holiday . Explained what she was doing , all the relevant terms and conditions, what we needed to consider and ongoing help that would be forthcoming. They ensured we were well looked after including Ace our dog 😁. All in all a great experience 5 out of 5

ELLENA SPENT A LOT OF TIME GETTING EVERYTHING WE WERE WANTING FOR OUR CRUISE INTHE END WE ENDED UP BOOKING 2 CRUISES, AND WAS MOST HELPFUL WHEN WE PHONED THE NEXT DAY TO ADD ON ASSISTED TRAVEL FOR OUR FLIGHTS. WILL BOOK AGAIN THANKYOU.

Understanding with no pressure
What made this easy was the understanding of the holiday we wanted, the response time but also there was no pressure. We have used Hays broughty ferry a few times now and the staff are not only fantastic but you still get a community feel.
