I am very delighted with the customer service I received from Mr. Kemal.

I first went to the Broughton TUI branch to book our holiday, and they told me they would get back to me by email. In the meantime, I visited Hays Travel, where Kemal assisted me with great professionalism and genuine interest. He kept me informed throughout the process and managed to find me a great holiday deal while I was still in the branch.

To be honest, if I hadn’t received such a quick response and excellent service, I probably wouldn’t have booked with Hays Travel. Kemal was amazing, and from now on, I will always contact him first when planning our future holidays. He was kind, friendly, and, most importantly, dedicated to helping me find the right holiday. He is a great asset to Hays Travel, and I am very grateful that I had the opportunity to meet him.

I would also like to thank Emilia, who helped me with processing the tickets. She was very helpful, and I really appreciate her assistance as well.

Drink offered early in conversation and taken! Quite a lot to sort out making two separate cruises but handled with patience and good humour. My hearing problem can cause some difficulty at times but we managed it! Credit Emilia for making it worth while.
