We only popped in to see what hotels were avaliable to us in crete for next year and ended up booking a two week all inclusive in October 26.

Rep Abi was very knowledgeable and helpful despite being a second year apprentice, something that impressed us as this is where our daughter wants to be in two years time after she has finished her level 3 travel and tourism course. Abi presented us with only one hotel which we immediately fell in love with and paid the deposit immediately. We are already counting down the days.

We have always found all the girls in hays to be most friendly and helpful when booking all our holidays, and would happily recommend to anyone

Approachable staff members, very knowledgeable, what they don't know they will find out straight away, quick at getting things sorted, very pleasant to speak to, just a breeze getting our next holiday sorted out.

This was the first time I have contacted Hays Travel but it won't be the last. I spoke to Abi, who proved to be helpful, friendly, efficient and proactive. It made such a very pleasant change to have such knowledgeable and personalised service.

Our holiday was booked before we knew it kayleigh was very knowledgeable and helped us go thro the booking process with ease.

I received first class service from both Dorchester and Bridport offices the latter suffering from a power cut and as a result Dorchester completed the transaction.
All very efficient from two very helpful assistants.

What made my experience great was the fact that Kayleigh didn't pressure me into anything, she let me go at my pace, which meant going and having a coffee talk to my wife, then go back and book the holiday. So 10 out of 10
