The adviser checked the offer we had seen on line and then booked our cruise without any fuss. The office was cool which given the recent weather was bliss!

Poppy was very patient with us as we really didn't know where we wanted to go. She found us a great hotel in Menorca which suited all our requirements.

They had all my details sorted and the holiday was booked in no time.

We went into Hays to ask for ideas about Thailand and where would be the best places to go and how to do it. We came away with three separate suggestions and were back a week later to book Phuket, Krabi and Koh Samui.
