Always made to feel very welcome in the store and the knowledge of all the staff is fantastic. All the team are very friendly and patient and thorough whilst all the various options are chatted through and we are now looking forward to our Cruise to Norway/Fjords in May 2026 which was booked to help us celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary.

We are so sorry that we haven't let you know how delighted we were to book both our holiday in Benidorm and Jen's Travel Assist. We do like our hotel on the promenade. We found your staff to be happy,helpful and provide an excellent service. We look forward to seeing you again soon to collect both our Boarding Passes and Euros. We did have a Smile!
