We’ve now booked four cruises through Hays Travel and Sarah, and every experience has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish.

We had several different dates throughout the year that we wanted to explore, and Sarah made the whole process incredibly easy. She clearly explained all the available options, with pricing structured transparently so we could easily compare what worked best for us. This included flights, transfers, the cruise itself, and any additional stay-overs where required.

Overall, a very smooth and professional experience every time. Our go-to company and cruise representative without hesitation.

Staff member did that extra mile I was focussed on a particular city break then after 15 minutes decided to change to another city. She was so patient, I asked lots of questions which she answered professionally. Highly recommended will definitely visit again.

I usually know where I want to book so it makes it easier but this time I wasn’t sure, so I went in to look at a few options. As usual the crew in Bolton took a lot of time swapping tour operators to find me the best deals and although I find something at home I went back to book in branch as they are always so helpful. I love how they print off our documents too and have a currency desk there.

Booked another holiday with Hays Travel Bolton a cruise for next year 2027 . Talia found the cruise we wanted and found us a cabin middle of the ship which is what we requested. We felt unrushed and was provided with bags of information . Left the shop feeling happy.

Amanda was the lady who looked after my booking and she was so helpful in helping me choose the right destination.

Very helpful in arranging a holiday at shot notice and also making some enquiries relating to Tracey insurance
