As usual when we go into hayes travel always a warm welcome and a pleasant smile.Nothing to much trouble, whether booking holiday or need printing or just information. This applies to all the staff we have deals with over the years.As a regular customer we see how they respect any customer who enters the premises. Cannot praise them highly enough. Help booking my cruise
Mollie was very helpful with my cruise booking making sure that I was sure about the cruise I wanted and recommending Viking Cruises. After a lot of time calling Viking she secured a good price and promotion with the help of the Viking representative.

A nice smile when entering the shop
A nice smile when entering the shop. Friendly staff who listen to what sort of holiday you are interested in . Very helpful in finding the right holiday for us . Lynda has put our minds at rest and we are looking forward to our cruise. Knowing all is taken care of . All we have to do is turn up for the coach. It’s all been so easy and completely hassle free our worry of being disabled and a good age . Has not been a problem for us . Thankyou Hay’s Travel and Lynda . It’s so nice to have so much confidence in a company .
