Hayes always go above and beyond to get you a fantastic, sometimes tailor made holidays. Staff always really friendly and helpful. Kerry is an absolute Gem, but Hannah also does a great job.

Excellent Service
Both Carole and Jacob,we're really helpful,we hadn't quite made our minds up on exactly where we wanted to stay, but were given so much help which enabled us to come to a decision.
They were both so friendly and created a wonderful atmosphere, it was like being served by friends.
All of the staff in the Bishops Waltham Branch are like this, which is why we enjoy using the branch.

FIRST TIME CRUISERS
The staff at Hays were freindly, welcoming and extremely professional. The new deputy manager in Bishop's Waltham made us feel relaxed and shared her experiences of causing. The booking process was quick and easy even when there was a worldwide IT surge affecting many companies and their IT systems. Overall excellent teamwork. Thank you Hays for the experience.

Hayley was absolutely brilliant
Hayley was absolutely brilliant! After having our entire family holiday cancelled by easyJet Hayley set out to find us another family holiday with 2 days notice! She was understanding and helpful from start to finish. She put a big smile on my children’s faces again
