Hayes always go above and beyond to get you a fantastic, sometimes tailor made holidays. Staff always really friendly and helpful. Kerry is an absolute Gem, but Hannah also does a great job.

She takes great care to ensure you understand all the important issues. The only downside was the inordinate amount of time spent waiting for the phone connection to Fred Olsen resulted in me getting a car parking fine of £50,00

Excellent! Have always had great service from Hays in Bishops Waltham. Used to spend hours on the internet trying to save a few pounds here and there on travel but it’s just not worth the hassle and stress. Go and see Carole or Hannah and they will sort out your travel plans.

We quite quickly sorted out a Nile Cruise with the agent.
We visited our local Hays Travel in Bishops Waltham for help in deciding which company for a Nile Cruise next February.
The Hays agent called a specialist operator and between us all we where able to make decision and book.
We felt we ended up with a good deal.

Holiday booking
We wanted to book a cruise in 2027 with two friends. Carole at the Bishops Waltham branch was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The booking system failed on the day we booked but she managed to complete the booking over the phone!
