All staff in Hays Bishops Stortford are always helpful. Chloe was the person we saw yesterday and she did a great job comparing hotels in Paphos, Cyprus for February and we booked a 2 week holiday.

Exceptional Customer Service - Highly Recommend
Exceptional customer service from Anabelle and Chloe. They took time to understand my requirements (for a family trip to Walt Disney World) and shared helpful travel tips and advice based upon their personal experiences. They arranged all elements of the holiday, making it easy and stress free. I will book with them again and highly recommend Hay's Travel Bishops Stortford.

Penny at the Bishop’s Stortford branch was fantastic. She was really helpful and went above and beyond what was needed. We thought we weren’t going to be able to go as the prices all went crazy, but she came back to us several days later with a holiday package that was just as great. Really olease
