Very pleased with our visit yesterday to book a trip to Copenhagen. The lady we saw was extremely helpful and went the extra mile by checking out the distance of each hotel to the Christmas Markets and looking for places to eat around the hotels. She was also able to match the online price.

Have used hays travel at bishop Auckland for many years now and the staff are always polite helpful and explain everything that is happening they go through everything step by step as I am partially sighted and have organized airport assistance at Newcastle airport
